Dry ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of raw almonds.
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut without sugar.
  • 1/2 cup of oat flakes.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves.
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon fine fresh grated ginger.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons of organic / local honey (or maple syrup).
  • 3 tablespoons of Gourmet Coco® oil.
  • 1/2 cup of almond drink Jappi®.

For your preparation you need:

  • ½ cup of orange pumpkin puree.
  • ½ apple
  • ½ carrot.
  • 1 cup of Jappi® almond drink
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter.
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger root.
  • Cinnamon to taste.
  • Cardamom powder to taste.
