To prepare them we need:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 big onion
  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 large green pepper
  • ½ pound of asparagus
  • ½ zucchini
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel and cut in julienne the peppers, onions and mushrooms, cut them in half and then in slices. As for the carrot, you have two options: you can cut it into julienne or gratify it.
